Jonathan is very responsible and knowledgeable. He is familiar with the area, knowing what the market value of my rental property is. I was able to rent out my property within one week after the listing posted at a higher price than I expected. Jonathan is also very flexible – he was always  available or quick to respond when people were interested in seeing the property. It has been a pleasure working with him.
