I had a great experience purchasing a home with Jonathan. Jonathan is knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, professional, and patient. First, I want to attest to Jonathan’s patience and professionalism. As a first time home buyer, I would consistently get cold feet or be indecisive with an offer.  Jonathan was very patient with me throughout the whole process, which from beginning to end, was well over a year. He always encouraged me to wait for the right house and continued to take me to view homes, even though they were far from his service areas. Jonathan is also very knowledgeable. He provided very good feedback when it came to interpreting home comparables despite homes being away from his service areas. He knows the escrow process very well and walked me through all of it. I did not experience any hiccups during escrow due to his expertise. Furthermore, Jonathan is very reliable and responsive. He would respond to text messages or calls from me right away. He would email me comps or information as soon as I requested for them. Any time and any day, Jonathan was available to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!
