After working with Catherine, I know if I had any other property to sell, I wouldn’t trust anyone but her to do it. She kept us grounded and appraised throughout the process. We especially appreciated how hard she worked to stage the home for Open houses, and how she scheduled showings around our schedule while we lived in the home. We were set on what we wanted to get for the home, and Catherine worked to get us that when she saw we were adamant. It might have taken a little bit, but getting exactly what we asked for made it all worth it, especially with prices in the area dropping due to so many homes being for sale. Even though the few hurdles we had, Catherine communicated with us, presented us our options and guided us all the way to closing with steadfast professionalism. We really can’t recommend Catherine more for her knowledge of the area, her composure and confidence.
