I attended John's Real Estate seminar on April 7, 2007. 

During this seminar, I was very impressed by his specialied knowledge about all the aspects in real estate field.  Also the materials he provided at the seminar are very informative and staight forward! Compared to other expensive real estate workshop I attened before, John's presentation was very professional and knowledgable! I strongly believe that he will be very successful his real estate career!

John Man is the "MAN" for the job if you're looking for a real estate agent who looks out for his client's interests above making a commission. He will always tell you the truth based on his professional experience whether you like it or not, which is a good thing. He doesn't play any games and gets results. He also provides great customer service. When he promises to follow-up on an issue for you, he will carry it out in a timely manner. Even though I had a family member in real estate, I still went with John because of the above-mentioned comments. Keep up the good work John....

My name is Sabrina Chang and let me tell you something about Mr. Man. I don’t know where to start but he definitely is someone that really goes out of his way to help you. He always said, “Doing the little extra things in life make you extraordinary”. I believe that he lives by his words. He doesn’t like to give advices but when he does give advices, it is worth listening. Thank you John for helping me with not only buying and selling my property but also all of the extra things you have done to make my life easier.

What can I say about John Man? He definitely doesn’t work for money. He sold our Mobile home 40% over asking. John has also given us a home to live in which is his own property until we found a property. This “Man” work 7 days a week, at least 18 hours a day. You can call him at anytime, and he will be there for you.   Thank you so much John.  Please have your new clients call me for reference.

John is one of the nicest young Man with all the right answers. John Man really worked hard for us. He got our house sold higher than asking for just in time to get our new home we really wanted at under value. He managed to negotiate a deal where after we sold our property we were allow to still stay at our old home until the new house was ready to move in. It was a real pleasure working with him.
