Her experience includes residential sales, commercial real estate and property management. She also has experience in leasing and sales of industrial properties. She served as an Asset Manager for a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio. As an on-site property manager for a 42-unit luxury apartment building, she coordinated all capital improvements and supervised all contractors, staff and vendors. She developed leasing marketing strategies, resolved tenant disputes, enforced lease terms and community rules.
